2. Refund Policy for Digital Products (Courses)

  • Our digital courses are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the purchase has been made.

  • Since these are digital downloadable materials or instant access courses, we cannot offer refunds after the content is delivered or accessed.

3. Refund Policy for Services

  • For content creation or marketing services, refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
